Man stabbed at Foxwoods with pocket knife

A New York resident was charged with first-degree assault and breach of peace Tuesday in an incident in which a person was stabbed with at pocket knife at Foxwoods Resort Casino.

TPolice arrested Fen Chen, 46, of 120 Madison St., Chinatown, N.Y., after an argument with another casino patron over $2.

Police say Chen stabbed the victim once in the back with a small pocket knife before both were stopped by security.

The victim was treated at The William W. Backus Hospital in Norwich and released.

Chen was held on $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear today in New London Superior Court.
