Description Of Incident: OFFICER REPORTING VEHICLE ALMOST STRUCK HIM HEAD ON, NOW FAILURE TO COMPLY, LOST VISUAL. VEHICLE & OPERATOR FOUND NOW IN FOOT PURSUIT OFFICER'S VEHICLE OOS, 1 IN CUSTODY BPD TRANSPORTING SUSPECT TO MKPD
