Description Of Incident: County PD were in foot pursuit of an elopee from Childrens Village, male ran across the parkway and through the Saw Mill River. Large perimeter being set up. Aviation responding.

2155 - Male apprehended on Lawrence Street. Transported to WCPD for processing (arrested on Penal Law charges).

2156 - All units can clear.
