Fire in top floor extended through roof due to windy conditions, command ordered full evacuation. defensive ops established. full collapse of roof and partial collapse middle floor ceilings. temperature 3 degrees F.

Some pictures are unfortunately grainy. I do not have a tripod right now, and night shots are difficult.
