Units Operating: MT. KISCO PD ( 272, 269, 263) Mount Kisco FD & Bedford Hills FD

Description Of Incident: STRUCTURE FIRE - MKPD GETTING REPORT OF WHEELCHAIR BOUND FEMALE TRAPPED ON 2ND FLOOR.

MKPD K2& K1 ON LOCATION CONFIRMING WORKING FIRE & FEMALE IN WHEELCHAIR TRAPPED. PD UNITS REPORT THEY HAVE CARRIED THE TRAPPED FEMALE OUT, REQUESTING AMBULANCE AND MEDIC. FD UNITS NOW ON LOCATION OPERATING. 3 VICTIMS TRANSPORTED TO NWHC, 1 OF THE 3 NOW BEING TRANSPORTED BY WEMS TO MEDICAL CENTER FOR INTERNAL BURNS.

GREAT JOB BY POLICE OFFICERS IN RESCUING THE TRAPPED FEMALE AND EXCELLENT JOB BY THE FD IN THEIR RESPONSE AND EXTINGUISHMENT.

MOUNT KISCO - A woman was burned trying to put out a curtain that caught fire, and five other adults including two police officers suffered smoke inhalation early this morning at a two-family home near the Northern Westchester Hospital, the fire department said.
