Does anyone know where or how to find what Westchester Cnty or NYS has listed - the guidelines of what is necessary on a rig for it to be classified a certain way?

EX: What does a truck need to be classified as a Ladder truck? (i know its more than just the ladder) ie Certain amt of grnd ladders

What does a truck need to be a rescue, rescue engine, heavy rescue.....etc. ?
