Units Operating: Mahopac Falls: 19-9-4 IC, 19-9-5 Water Source, 19-2-1, 19-4-1, 19-4-2, 19-4-3, 19-6-1, 19-7-1, Mahopac: 18-1-2, 18-4-1, 18-4-2, 18-3-1, 18-8-1, Putnam Valley: 24-1-1, 24-1-3, 24-4-2, 24-2-1 relocated to MFVFD Stat 1, Kent: 16-4-1 Somers: T-16, Mohegan: Eng 258 (FAST) Croton Falls: E-148 standby @ 18fd Station 1, Put. County Car 5, Westchester Battalion 16?, Putnam County Fire Investigation Team (BOES 5), NYSEG, CPD

Weather Conditions: Unknown- Inside of 911 center dispatching the call- but it was dark out!!!

Description Of Incident: 2 story wood frame, fully involved- w/ front portion collapse: Exterior Operation

5:25- Caller reporting some sort of fire through the woods, cant get close enough to see what it is

5:26- MFVFD member leaving house, confirming heavy fire, fully involved

5:27- Mahopac 1 Tanker to MFVFD Stat 1, Mohegan FAST to scene

5:31- 19-9-4 (IC) enroute, water source to be at Kings Pond (Bullet Hole Rd & Hill St)

5:35- 19-9-4 on scene, 1st Tanker from Mahopac- reroute to scene, Tankers from Putnam Valley, Somers, Kent, 2nd Tanker from Mahopac- all to scene, NYSEG & Fire Investigators to scene

5:48- 19-9-5 & 19-2-1 has water source establish

6:01- 18-1-2 requesting Croton Falls w/ 1 engine to relocate to 18fd Station 1

6:05- Put Valley FD to go on standby in their quaters w/ 1 engine

6:12- 24fd on standby

6:15- Somers w/ 1 engine to relocate to MFVFD Station 1

6:25- IC 19 stating fire is knocked down, and checking for hot spots

6:40- 18-3-1 enroute to scene w/ 18-8-1: Special Call (PC410 at the helm)

6:49- 24-2-1 relocate to MFVFD Stat 1, Somers FD Cancelled

6:52- 18-3-1 & 8-1 on scene

7:26- CC5 reporting Mohegan FAST being released, Tanker Operations being shut down 24fd being released from scene, but 24-2-1 is to stay on standby

***Just want to add- this is the 2nd Structure Fire handled by the A line at Putnam911***
