Description Of Incident: initial report came in for Car submersed in a pond with driver entrapment.dispatch then reported driver self extricated. E32, S30 o/s reporting one car submersed to the roof IFO commercial business, no occupants in vehicle. 3 firefighters dressed for cold water rescue entered water and hooked the car to a tow truck. no injuries. car removed DEP notified.
