New pumpers that have started production, around 20 to be built.

Chassis: Scania P310 - 310 horsepower

Pump: Godiva 1000GPM

Definitely different than what you see up here in the States. Nice looking rig though.

Yes it is very different, you would hardly know it carries water or hose when all the lockers were shut. I like it, everything seems to have its place, very tidy.

That is supply line, rather than useing a single line of LDH we use multiple lines of 2 1/2 inch to feed the pump. Hence the 4 inlets at the back...

Nice looking rigs. Very different than what we in the states are used to. They look very organized with no extra space.

Nice looking rig. Is this considered a "typical" or standard type pumper for Australia? How many companies produce apparatus for the country?

This seems to be the way that most fire services in Australia are going, going away from mid mount to rear mount, also going away from having roof access by useing remote monitors and better stowage.

Off the top of my head there would be about 10 companies produceing apparatus, most produce other products as well such as cranes and industrial equipment, all chassis are commercial and not custom fire chassis.
