Location: 155 Wood Ave X Oak Tree Road

Units Operating: Edison FD, PD, NJSP, NJSP HazMat; Middlesex County Haz Mat

Weather Conditions: Rain

Description Of Incident: Male found DOA in a jewlery store with an unknown type chemical release in the store. Some tests showed positive for components of cyanide, possible accidetal mixture of cleaning chemicals for jewlery.
