Units Operating: CPD Cars 1, 32, 35, 37, 39 / NYSP Multiple w/ K9 / WCPD / OPD

Weather Conditions: Thunderstorm

Description Of Incident: Car 32 on V&T Stop, one occupant fled on foot across Route 9 into woods. K9s and foot units establishing perimeter and search.
