CIDS: 4 St Brick. Front and Rear Fire Escape. Bulkhead Top Floor, Duplex Top Floor to Penthouse, Access to rear through 171 E 90.

1208: 1 LSO, 2nd Line being stretched. Searches delayed in fire apart due to colliers conditions. Extra Engine (74) and Extra Truck (22), fire extending to shaft.

1210: 2nd Alarm, Fire in the shaft extending to Top Floor.

1218: 3 LSO, Heavy fire in cockloft due to extention in dumbwaiter shaft. Penthouse is hampering roof ops.

1224: Main Body of fire KD on 1st floor with primaries neg. Trucks still opening Cockloft, still DWH.

1231: 3rd Alarm, stageing at E 92nd street and Lex. 2 LSO, 3rd being stretched up FE. 4th being stretched into Exposure 4.
