Challenges face by Portland crews

I saw this news report on Firehouse.com and thought this might make an interesting topic. Note the difficulting in accessing both the "A" side (upper level) and the "C" side (lower level). Westchester has many hills and we could come up against this scenario in our own backyard.

Definately something to get you thinking, and maybe do some preplanning of your district.
