I would love to see from this parade or from anywhere else for that matter, pictures of Millwood's apparatus from the black hole between the arrival of the Brockway Torpedo in 1924 and the 1944 Mack. I know they purchased another rig in between maybe two, but there is only one picture of it that I know and it's in a Champion Spark Plugs ad hanging in Station 1.

I was part of the crew that got the Brockway Torpedo restored so I've got plenty of history on it. From 1944 on there is quite a bit of info and pics from the two Macks (E244 & E245), The Jeep, GMC (it had many names E246, R36, MA-10), Century Cab ALF (E247), and the Kenworths (TS2 & E248). I'm really looking for the 1924-1944 era.

Thanks

My reference to the 1944 Mack may be a few years early.... One of the long time members who I am friends with corrected me and said that it is a 1948.... He also said that the 1930's apparatus was a 1937 ALF pumper... If anyone has a pic I'd appreciate it... I'll start a new thread if there is no response here.
