Description Of Incident:Delmar Fire ,EMS,PD responded to a reported explosion & fire.

Serious bodily injuries were suffered by one patient who was pulled from burning structure and airlifted to Westchester Hospital. Unknown chemical fire w/smaller explosions. Albany County HazMat response requested and responded to the scene. Hot/Cold safety zones and an

LZ for the helicopter were also undertaken. Exsposure protection w/LDH and master streams

operating. Incident under investigation by Bethlehem PD & ATF due to rocket fuel and unknown other chemicals involved with the incident.
