Description Of Incident:Bolo issued for a stolen vehicle w/2 children inside,

ages 2 years old & 10 years old.Vehicle was left running unattended and taken

by an unknown male subject. Vehicle w/2 children unharmed recovered approximately

45 minutes later at Martin Luther King Apts. Subject still at large, parent may

face charges related to the incident.
