Time: 1903 hours

Location: 96 Belltown Road, cross strest Toms Road

Frequency: Stamford Trunked

Units Operating: BFD - C411(IC), E-41, E-42, T-45, R-44; SFRD - Unit 4 (DC), E-7, E-8, E-1, E-6 (RIT), T-1, R-1, FM-110; SEMS - M=901 (Supervisor), M-3, M-4.

Weather Conditions: Rain 45 degrees

Description Of Incident: Working fire in a 1 story WF single family dwelling. 2 lines stretched with one in operation. Primary and secondary searches both negative. No reported injuries. Fire Marshal Office called to scene for cause and origin determination. SEMS stood by on scene.

1903 hrs: Telephone report of a structure fire. Belltown VFD, SFRD E-1, E-8, T-1, R-1, and U-4 assigned.

1906 hrs: E-7 assigned to box (cleared from nearby incident).

1907 hrs: E-7 on scene reporting smoke condition from rear of structure, stretching in.

1909 hrs: Chief 411 on scene, assuming command, transmitting working fire.

1910 hrs: E-5 assigned to box as RIT.

1910 hrs: SEMS M-3 assigned to box.

1912 hrs: FMO and safety officer requested to the scene.

1914 hrs: E-6 assigned as RIT (cleared from nearby incident), E-5 returned to service.

1915 hrs: SEMS M-901 assigned to box.

1925 hrs: IC transmitted recall holding E-7 and all BFD units.

1937 hrs: E-6 (RIT) released from scene by IC.

2029 hrs: Last unit, C-411 cleared scene.
