Description Of Incident:fire in a 1 story P/D

2056 on location with fire on the 1st floor. Request EMS for party with burns. Home owner attempted to put out fire and received 2nd degree burns or arms and face. Small fire started by a cigarett that dropped on the floor. Fire knocked down quick all units back in service in about a hour. Home owner transported BLS to WMC.
