Location: Waywayanda Ave (Route 49) X Route 78 (Pocatello Fire District)

Units Operating: Pocatello, Middletown; Wallkill EMS; NYSP

Weather Conditions: Hot

Description Of Incident: MVA involving Pocatello R-153 and Middletown L-3 with (3) injured transported. Both units reportedly responding to an alarm.
