BC50: The corrected address 151-22 85 Drive. We're using All-Hands for a fire on the 2nd floor of a 2 1/2 story 2w0x40 occupied private dwelling. We have 3 lines stretched, 2 in operation, trucks are opening up, searches in progress, fire is Doubtful. We have minor extension into exposure 4.

Exposures are:

1 - street

2 - driveway

3 - rear yard

4 - driveway

Division 13: At 2nd Alarm Box 4837, we have a fire started in a garage extended to 2 PD's. 1 PD we have fire on the 1st and 2nd floors, we're going to use that as the original fire building, in the other PD, exposure 4, we have fire on the 2nd floor. We have 4 lines stretched, 4 operating with a 5th being stretched.

The staging area is Parsons Blvd and 84 drive

DC13: At 2nd Alarm Box 4837, in the original fire building we have heavy fire on the 2nd floor and in the attic, still Doubtful. In exposure 4 we have heavy fire on the attic. 6 lines stretched and in operation. Can you special call 2 additional truck companies.

DC13: At 2nd Alarm Box 4837, making progress on the 2nd floor in the original fire building, still fire in the attic. Exposure 4, making progress in the attic.

FieldCom: By orders of Division 13, special call HazMat 1 to the 2nd alarm for propane tanks that are in the garage. We are trying to ascertain if we need the HazMat Battalion and associated units, for now just special call the HazMat.

*E275 was originally assigned to another box in the area that turned out to be a 10-33 code 1 for smoke from the 2nd alarm. Queens was later unable to raise them for another box and requested confirmation as to whether or not they were operating.

FC: Progress report for your 2nd Alarm Box 4837, at the address 151-22 85 drive, that's near Parsons Blvd, fire originaly started in a garage in the rear of 151-22 85 drive, which extended to a 2 1/2 story 20x40, and to exposure 4 which is a 2 1/2 story frame 25x60. At this time Car 16, DAC Boyce, reports: 7 handlines stretched and operating. we have heavy fire on the 2nd floor and attic of the original fire building, heavy fire in exposure 4 attic. At this time primary search is complete and negative in all fire buildings, secondary searches underway, trucks are opening up checking for pockets of fire, and he places this fire Probably Will Hold. On the Probably Will Hold, special call 2 engine companies for relief.

E299, 301 S/C

FC: Progress report for your 2nd Alarm Box 4837, at the address 151-22 85 drive. that's off Parsons Blvd, fire in a garage in the rear of 151-22 85 drive extended to a 2 1/2 story 20x40 and extended to exposure 4 which is a 2 1/12 story 25x60, we had heavy fire on the 2nd floor and attic, and heavy fire in the attic of exposure 4. At this time Car 16, DAC Boyce, reports: 7 handlines stretched and operating, primary searches in all structures are complete and negative. Secondary searches in 151-18 85 drive are complete and negative. Secondary searches in 151-22 85 drive, the original fire building, are still underway, fire still Probably Will Hold. By orders of Car 16 special call 3 additional truck companies. Those trucks for relief, and any truck will do.

FC: Progress report for your 2nd Alarm Box 4837, at the address 151-22 85 drive, near Parsons Blvd, originaly we had a fire started in a garage in the rear of 151-22 85 drive which extended to the primary fire building which is a 2 1/2 story 20x40, then extended to exposure 4 which is a 2 1/2 story 25x60. At this time secondary searches are still in progress in the primary fire building, and Division 13 is placing the fire Under Control.
