Description Of Incident: First came in as a MVA involving a fuel truck with possible fire

8:20 - Port Ewen 1 engine to scene

8:20 - St. Remy 1 tanker to scene

8:20 - Rifton 1 tanker to scene

8:24 - 48-10, 48-20 to scene (Port Ewen)

8:27 - Bloomington foam truck to the scene

8:29 - Highland 1 engine relocate to Esopus

8:31 - Highland FASTeam to the scene

8:32 - Ulster Hose - 2 engines relocate to Port Ewen

8:35 - Hurley 1 ambulance relocate to Esopus ambulance headquarters on Route 9W

8:40 - East Kingston 1 engine respond to Old Lindy's Restaurant on 9W to fill tankers

8:41 - West Hurley 1 ambulance relocate to Esopus ambulance headquarters on Route 9W

8:44 - Rosendale 1 engine relocate to Bloomington

8:47 - Milton 1 tanker to scene

8:48 - New Paltz 1 engine relocate to Esopus

8:54 - Stone Ridge 1 engine relocate to Bloomington, Esopus ambulance with manpower and 75-10 to scene

8:56 - Glasco 1 tanker to stage at Old Lindy's Restaurant

9:08 - Hurley all available manpower to standby in quarters

9:13 - Tillson 1 engine relocate to Rifton

9:15 - City of Poughkeepsie Engine 1 relocated to Highland Station #1

9:23 - Marlboro 5 firefighters to scene

9:25 - Olive 5 firefighters to scene

9:28 - Olive all available manpower to standby at Company 2

9:28 - Roosevelt 63-13 with 5 men and Hughsonville 45-31 with 5 Men to the scene

9:37 - Ulster Hose all available manpower to standby in quarters

9:38 - Clintondale 1 engine to south end of the scene

9:40 - Clintondale, Modena, New Paltz with 1 tanker each to the south end of the scene

9:43 - West Hurley relocate 1 tanker to Bloomington Company 1

9:46 - Glasco 29-13 relocate to Port Ewen

9:52 - Plattekill 1 tanker to New Paltz for standby

9:52 - Saugerties 1 engine to Glasco for standby

9:56 - Highland 1 tanker to the scene

10:23 - Mount Marion FASTeam to the scene

10:40 - Plattekill all available manpower to standby at Company 1

10:44 - Hurley 32-12 relocating to north side of scene

10:47 - Centerville-Cedar Grove 1 engine relocate to Mount Marion

11:08 - All visible fire in area knocked down, overhaul in progress, units being released

12:26 - All units operating at the scene evacuate the area due to a natural gas leak

12:53 - Fire totally knocked down, all mutual aid being released

1 patient with smoke inhalation, 1 patient with severe burns to hands and face. Air Guard foam unit on scene. All units being advised evacuate area of the fire with additional haz-mat teams to scene. Fireworks were inside of the building. Inter-county mutual aid from Orange and Dutchess counties as well as Stewart Air National Guard
