Active Shooter

1 post in this topic

This has been a topic of discussion for many of my collegues. I'm very intrested to see how everyone would respond to this.

Your fire depatrment is dispatched to a local high school at 1245pm for an activated pull station. The school is a 2 story brick building, there is a hydrant located at the roadway entering the property and a second located in the rear parking lot. Upon arrival the first units observe light smoke coming from a first floor front window, the building has not been evacuated. They then make entry and hear loud "popping" sounds coming from the schools main office, and note a blood trail from the lobby to the office door.

This could possably be the scenerio for an MCI drill so any and all input would be greatly appreciated! Ready......GO!
