Battalion 40: We've got a fire on the 3rd floor, 2nd floor, 1st floor, 20x50 3 story private dwelling, 1052 57 st, occupied brick. 3 lines stretched in operation, primary searches being conducted, fire is Doubtful. 1 is a street, 2 is an alley, 3 is a rear yard, 4 is an alley.

Division 8: We have 3 lines stretched, 3 in operation, we have fire on the 2nd floor and above. Searches are being delayed due to heavy fire condition, we are currently pulling companies out going to an exterior operation.

Car 4C: At the box, we have fire throughout the building, all members are out of the building, we have a tower ladder operating, we have the fire flanked on both sides, searches are delayed due to heavy fire condition, fire is Doubtful, can you have DEP and Buildings respond.

FieldCom: As per Chief Spadafora, Car 4C, like to transmit a 10-41 code 1 (Suspicious Fire, Occupied Structure), notify the marshals, heavy volume of fire on arrival.

06:19 hours - Duration 42 minutes

FC: Progress Report #3 on the 2nd Alarm Box 2606, at this time Car 4C, AC Spadafora, reports: they have 1 tower ladder in operation, the main body of fire has been knocked down, still hitting pockets of fire. They will shut down the tower ladder in a few minutes and will have the Safety Battalion do a stability test on the structure to determine if it is safe to move in with a handline, fire is still Doubtful.

DEP advises they are en-route, Buildings Dept. will get back with an ETA.

FC: Progress Report #4 on the 2nd Alarm Box 2606, at this time Car 4C, AC Spadafora, reports: The primary searches of the 2nd floor and the attic are negative. They're in the process of removing members from the building, switching back to an exterior operation, fire remains Doubtful.

FC: Progress Report #5 on the 2nd Alarm Box 2606, at this time Car 4C, AC Spadafora, reports: He has 1 tower ladder in operation, they are operating 3 lines from the exterior, 1 from the roof of exposure 2. Main body of fire has been knocked down. Fire was in a wood frame with a brick exterior, fire remains Doubtful.

06:47 hours - Duration 1 hour 9 minutes

FC: Progress Report #6 on the 2nd Alarm Box 2606, at this time Car 4C, AC Spadafora, reports: Primary searches are complete and negative throughout, the secondary searches will be delayed due to the structural stability of the building, the fire remains at Doubtful.

06:56 hours - Duration 1 hour 19 minutes

FC: Progress Report #7 on the 2nd Alarm Box 2606, the address 1052 57 st, at this time AC Spadafora, Car 4C reports: They are shutting down all exterior handlines. They will conduct secondary searches within the limits of safety established by the Safety Battalion, and places the fire Probably Will Hold.

Car 4C: AC Spadafora reports: Secondary searches are going to be delayed due to safety issues, primary searches are complete and negative, we're going to go Under Control.
