1412 - Centerville-Cedar Grove and Diaz Ambulance respond for a PIAA. Car vs. tractor trailer head-on. Reported serious injuries at 470 Old Rt. 32

1414 - Police on scene reporting a fatality.

1418 - Saxton-Katsbaan requested to shut down Rt. 32 at the intersections of Blue Mountain Rd. and Fawn Rd.

1421 - Centerville-Cedar Grove all available manpower to scene, also fire police to scene to shut down Rt. 32 at Harry Wells Rd. Saugerties to standby in quarters and Woodstock to standby in quarters.

1427 - 2nd dispatch for Saxton-Katsbaan.

1429 - 2nd dispatch for Woodstock

1436 - Palenville requested to shut down Rt. 32 at Blue Mountain Rd.

1438 - Woodstock 3rd dispatch for manpower to Co. 1

1448 - Palenville 22-2 relocated to Saxton's firehouse.
