Because of the construction the memorial at ground zero will be initially restricted as to how many people can visit at a time. You can now book your reservations online here.

It opens on 9/11 for a dedication to which all of families from 1993 and 2001 attacks are invited. On the 12th there is a special reception for these families as well as additional tours. Families will also have a permanent set of tickets reserved exclusively for their use every day after the 12th.
