YORKTOWN — A final state audit report critical of the town and its highway superintendent is as harsh as a draft version that was leaked to the press in June.

But auditors also found pornographic images on highway chief Eric DiBartolo's computer, and they say he created a conflict of interest by failing to disclose his family connection to a firm paid more than $100,000 by the town.
