Description Of Incident: Engine 306 arrived on scene and transmitted an urgent 10-75 for fire in a 2-story 20x40 P/D with reports of civilians trapped. Fire located in the basement and on the #1 floor. 4 L/S/O. Slight extension to the #2 floor. Truck companies opened up the roof to ventilate. Primary and secondary searches complete and negative throughout. Fire placed U/C by division 14 @ 23:44.
