2011 DOJ Arizona HIDTA region report

This is an interesting read on the increasing drug / cartel problems in the south west. The report says that the mexican cartels are increasing their violence against U.S. Law Enforcement Officers in an effort to disrupt enforcement operation.

This is all happening while the obama administration is cutting the number of national guard troops in the border to just 300. That 300 total for california, new mexico, arizona and texas.
