Units Operating: Patterson FD, PCSO, Medic3, Medic4, 2271, 2213, NYSEG

Weather Conditions: Clear & Cool

Description Of Incident: Reported car accident with wires down, person entrapped, and car on fire. First units on scene report person out of vehicle with leg fracture.
