While not tipped over, Here is one I took in 2010, that shows angling the rig 10 to 15 degrees off the curb.

And just to clarify with the recent photo thread I would like to use it in a ppt for a training class at the vollie house. Since your photo is stamped and gives you credit I hope this does not violate and policies
