Description Of Incident: Sailboat grounding with 25 elementary school students on board.

1520 - Sailing vessel Clearwater ran aground at the mouth of the Saw Mill River. Vessel requesting help on USCG emergency frequency (16). WCPD Marine 3 responded, offloading students and school staff in 3 trips. YPD ESU assisted in offloading at the Yonkers pier.
