05:04:15- Car 2501 on the scene nothing showing but alarms ringing

05:05:38- 10-75 Per Car 2501

05:07:27- Notify Con-Ed Electric & Gas

05:07:59- Car 2501 Reports parties trapped

05:09:47- Per Car 2501 Notify HPD for H-EMS

05:17:58- APT 2A Main body of fire is knocked down

05:18:41- Slight Extension into the roof area per car 2501

05:22:00- Car 2501 requesting Ladder 47 to the scene

05:25:01- Car 2501 putting Valhalla FAST to work requesting additional FAST team

05:31:09- Battalion 19 Reports possible DOA at the scene to notify CC1

05:33:20- CC1 Was notified and will call BATT 19

05:34:00- Requesting C&O to the scene

06:20:42- Car 2501 requesting notification be made to building rep.

09:48:09- Car 2501 reports all WH units are back in service from 154 Underhill Avenue
