A tough morning for WPFD and WPPD. A smoky arson fire at the downtown YMCA, over 100 residents to be evacuated at 0330 AM. A crime scene.

Two men were found dead after a fire at the YMCA early Saturday in what residents say was an attack on a staff member by a troublesome tenant who once worked at the facility.
