Units:WCPD ESU Truck 1, truck 2, Truck 3, SOD 7, SOD 5, Multiple WCPD units, Hastings PD, Hastings FD, Hastings VAC, Empress

Description: Head on collision, with entrapment. WCPD ESU on scene extricating one male victim. Victim was extricated and packaged, taken to Westchester medical center for further treatment.
