Is there a formula for how many BLS and ALS units a town this size needs?

I think there are 10 million formulas, depending on who you ask. I would think at least two flycars and 5 BLS ambulances. That's just my rough estimation based on comparable areas.

By the way, did anyone hear a rumor about Mount Pleasant getting a grant for two flycars?
