0631hrs Hartsdale Engines 169, 170, TL-15, Car 2172 Responding to 110 South Central for a Activated Fire Alarm. Units on location 0633hrs. Car 2172 reports fire on the 2nd floor in the Health spa this time in the main lobby. Eng 170 takes the hydrant and stretches a 1 3/4 inch hand line... Fire was in several bags of towels piled on the floor, minor extention to the wall. 0635 fire knocked down. Units venting. Companies removed the bags to the exterior of the structure.

While investigating a cause of the fire it appears that the towels in the bag were used for massage therapy that contained some massage cream or oil that appeared to heat it self up.
