Mt. Kisco Parade Questions

I have 2 questions about the Mt Kisco parade on Fri 7/8 that I'm hoping someon can answer for me.

1. Is there a rain date set, since it looks like its going to downpour tomorrow/

2.Is there a carnival or anything assocaited with the parade?

No carnival and all the info we have does not say anything about a rain date
