Los Angeles- Major Power Outage 9-12-05

Time:1300hrs - ongoing

Location: Los Angeles- Downtown, San Fernando Valley, Woodland Hills

Description Of Incident: Power out in scattered locations all over the city and the valley. CNN Video showed plumes of smoke rising off the horizon( this doesn't mean anything more than it showed smoke). LAPD was on full "Tactical Alert". Nothing further at this time.
