Around 9:10 AM Croton Police dispatch a Minor Alarm to the Quaker Bridge Road for an outside smoke investgaition. As Chief Vlad (Car 2081) arrived, he was informed by Croton Police Dept that it was a house near the corner of Niles Road was charghed with smoke. Based on this info, Chief Vlad had a General Alarm transmitted, Bringing Engines 119 & 120 into the scene. Engine 118's crew made entry into unoccupied home and located the souce, wich was a faulty oil burner. Engine 119's crew assisted with the ventillation of the home and contained a small oil leak in the basement. All companies and nearly 30 member on scene cleared within in 20 minutes.
