Description: Fire in basement of OMD.

YPD 4th Pct. units sent to address on Clarendon Ave for a landlord tenant dispute. Upon arrival, found a fire in the basement apartment of an OMD. Backup units observed a female w/minor burns flee the building armed with a handgun. Numerous additional units responed and a became involved in a standoff in the street. Woman surrendered without further incident. Fire was mostly contained to the basement with slight extension to floor above.
