Original call came into Mount Vernon Dispatch on a cell phone for a house fire reported at 11th Ave & W 5th Street in Mount Vernon (on the border). Companies arrived in the area with smoke showing on the Bronx side. FDMV found the fire at 4440 Seton Ave and notified Bronx Dispatch that they were operating. FDNY sent a full assignment also.
