Description Of Incident: Companies o/s w/heavy smoke showing from the eaves in the rear of a large 3-story wood-frame church. Command transmitting a 2nd Alarm. Heavy fire in the attic and eaves and through the roof w/partial roof collapse. Numerous L/S/O's w/multiple master streams in operation and aggressive exterior attack launched. Truck Companies opening up. Command requesting 2 Engines S/C for M/A from Fairfield FD, w/1 for R.I.T and 1 Ladder S/C. 2 Engines from Norwalk FD S/C and 1 Truck S/C from Norwalk FD for master stream operation. Weston, Wilton, and Bridgeport FD's requested for station coverage. Trumbull(Nichols) FD Truck 304 requested to fill air bottles. Originally reported as an activated fire alarm. All searches negative w/no injuries reported.

22:20hrs. - Command reporting partial roof collapse.

23:45hrs. - Command reports bulk of fire is k/d.
