White Plains PD Officers Talk Man Off 9th Story Ledge

On Saturday, 11/08/14 at about 4:10AM, White Plains Police headquarters dispatched officers to 100 Main St. on a report of a subject who was in crisis and wanted to harm himself. After a brief search of the parking structure PO Mark Burnett located the subject, who was standing over the railing with just the front portion of his feet on the ledge of the 9th floor of the West Garage, while facing the parking structure.
