  1. Its a great idea if the county wanted to come up with money. Even make two small rehab buses out of the minis. Operators of these vechiles could of course be a group of volunteers. Get a team leader or two and then alot of volunteers. Consisting of different levels of care. That these rehab units work along with the on-scene EMS. The units would be called out be the IC

    2024hrs. Mount Vernon Engine and Ladder along with NRFD L12 dispatched to 2533 Palmer Ave for dumpster fires.

    1342hrs Batt 16 reports evacuating lower 3 floors. Approx 300 people effected. Requests building department and DEP. Will be using all hands when units get in.

    1402hrs Divison 6 requests a rush on DEP. Has water coming through several spots in foundation of building

    2344hrs- Manhattan updating getting numerous calls. Advising Batt 12 sounds like work, getting 4 engines, 2 trucks, Squad, Rescue. Calls via phone and ERS box. Reporting smoke

    2349hrs- Batt 12 transmitting 10-75 upon arrival.

    2354hrs- Batt 12 reporting fire 10th floor. 1 line is being stretched. Transmitting 10-41...18 story OMD

    2356hrs- Batt 12 reports fire of mattress in 10th floor hallway. All primary searches are negative at this time.

    Description Of Incident: Police pursuit

    Put out over the hotline, Greenwich PD was following/pursuit of a van wanted for possible rape. Reportly armed with gun. Heading down I-684 getting onto 287 west. NYSP picked up pursuit. Going 90mph, got onto 87 south. NYSP ramming vechile. Vechile crashed at Exit 7. One perp in custody.

    2049- E105 Mt. Kisco 10-17, Bedford Hills TL57 2031 10-17, E199 assembling

    2051- E199 relocating, 2283 10-17. E105 10-19. U13 10-17. E144 10-19 per 2063 stand by hydrant.

    2057hrs- 2063 reports main body of fire knocked down. Checking for extension


  9. 2 car accident. Vechile rear ended another vechile sending it into the jeasry wall. That vechile had alot of front and rear damage. Serious injuries to driver, taken to jacobi by 30A2 Other vechile had moderate from end damage. Driver ok, taken to SSMC by Larchmont 66A1. I was on scene witn 66A1
