Well, this is the first time I attached pictures to a post. The layout is kind of screwed up but at least the pictures are there.

A few shots I took today at the Fire & EMS Expo at the Nassau Colliseum. I hope you enjoy the pictures. I used my new Canon Powershot A590 for the first time. I didn't feel like lugging around my Canon Rebel XT today.

That is crazy. I can't believe someone would actually do that.

Home scanner is a Radio Shack Pro 433 trunking scanner and portable is a Uniden BC246T trunking scanner, both programmed through Radio Reference with Butel ARC software.

A great Superbowl! One of the best I've seen. Being a Giants fan my entire life, I am very proud of how the Giants overcame the odds and really came together the last 11 games and got the ultimate reward of beating an undefeated Patriots team to conquer the Superbowl. CONGRATULATIONS GIANTS!!!!

It's definitely time to crack down on these inconsiderate motorists. The past two days have been like driving through an obstacle course on the highways. A couple of close calls with flying ice but I was able to avoid them.

I hope you are right Seth. Matrix Holdings definately needs to revive Code 3. How about some new molds and releasing more than 1 or 2 releases a month. I think Code 3 was missing the boat by not doing more of the Vintage rigs. The Mack C'S and CF'S are nice but how about some older ALF'S, Seagraves and such. I have a definate interest in this since I have close to 100 Code 3 rigs in my collection.

I was on location with VAC and I can assure you that all agencies ( Police, Fire and EMS) career and volunteer all worked and communicated together extremely well.
