    1757hrs- E-308 to Warburton Ave X Ashburton Ave for multiple calls for gas odor.

    1801hrs- E-308 flagged down at 411 Warburton Ave.

    1808hrs- E-308 req. Con Ed to Warburton Ave.

    1830hrs- Units rpts odor has dispersed. No cause found.

    **Irvington FD with confirmation that Tennesee Pipe Line company purged their lines in New Jersey/Rockland.**

    "The officer's expandable baton, Mace can and a magazine cartridge from his weapon were found scattered at the scene. The officer's radio was on the roof of an adjacent building. Johnson had a long criminal record with 30 arrests and five prison stints, including four for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle."

    Both ABC and News 12 reporting that the suspect was involving in multiple murder investigations.

    Description Of Incident: PMPD in pursuit of a male on an ATV into the Bronx. Suspect fled on foot on Edson Ave into the rear yards. Suspect reportedly assaulted Officer and attempted to take his firearm. Suspect shot by PD. Officer transported to Jacobi.
