Alright, being that I don't have explorer post until next week, my question is how do we put out ethanol fires? I remember a type of foam or a chemical agent is needed, but what EXACTLY is needed? 1st, if the boom is jammed, the wheels CAN still MOVE. Therefore, he could move forward towards the building and the Fire Dept won't have to go out as far to reach him with that roof ladder.
