The schedule rotates from days to nights, the NYSP does not have a designated or permanent shift policy and all members are required to work days and nights.

Saw on the NYSP recruitment site (http://www.nytrooper.com/schedule.cfm) the shift schedule. Does this rotate from days to nights or is it steady?

Is this going to include any other fire fighting units they have, such as the engine they have assigned to the GWB, or just the airports? I know they only have to make the change for the airports, but it would be a little weird to have fire fighting units and fire apparatus assigned to a fire unit and apparatus and personnel not assigned to the fire fighting unit.

4 brand new cars with no Auxillary markings anywhere are for the Auxillary Police???

They're not brand new. Those are the old style chargers, former Tuckahoe PD. I think they got a grant or something.

Fairview FD is keeping the old Rescue 3. The truck will be in reserve. Other uses are planned.

What will it be designated as?

I was just wondering what Yonkers runs in terms of spare, reserve and training apparatus.

Brick Twp PD does all EMS for the township?

They got the Pierce after 9/11? And what else is in the spare/reserve rescue pool? The Mack and Freightliner rigs?
