Scarsdale VAC New Building

On my way home from work the other day I saw a sign located on RT 125...Just down the street from the current SVAC building, that says "future home of the new Scarsdale VAC HQ". Was wondering when construction was going to start?

I think they're just trying to raise funds right now, next to that sign they've got the the funddrive signs with a goal of 4 million that's barely been started.
