Was up in Mt. Vernon today around 3 pm. Saw MULTIPLE NYPD ESU and NYPD RMPs, along with NYC EMS. They were all headed up the Hutch then got off by Target and headed into Mt. Vernon, up Sanford Blvd......Any word?!?!?

Mount Vernon wasn't notified about anything, however there were a series of MVAs on the Hutch this afternoon, its possibly in regards to that...
